Q.-
¿How many people sleeps by type of apartments?
A.-
The apartments according to their characteristics of capacity are divided in:
Sleeps four to six people:2 Rooms & 2 Bathrooms.
1 double bed, two single beds, and double-size pull-out couch.
Sleeps two to four people:1 Room & 1 Bathroom.
1 double bed and double-size pull-out couch.
Sleeps one to two people:1 Studio & 1 Bathroom. 1 double bed.

Q.- ¿What is
the minimun stay for rent and the conditions or requirements of rent?
A.- The minimum stay for rent is 4 night & 5 days.
Rates are calculated in base of: 1 week, 15 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year.
Requirements for reservation:
·Deposit of 50% of the total of the amount of
the lodging before the arrival in banking
account.
·Payment of 50% rest of the total of the amount
of the lodging the same day of the arrival.
·Company/signature contract of responsibility
and inventory.
·Deposit as guarantee good use of the
apartment and gives of all the accessories.
(This deposit will be refund at the check out of the clients, after checking the inventory).
Conditions for the return of 50% of the
reservation in case of not being able to make
the trip or (nonshow):
· 15 days or more: 40% of the amount of
reserve will be retained.
· 7 days up to 14 days: 80% of the amount of
reserve.
· 0 days up to 6 days before: The 100% of the
amount of reserve will be retained.

Q.- ¿The apartments have utensils of kitchen and linen goods?
A.-
Yes, All the apartments are given clean, with his completes
set of towels and Linen goods, game of sets of dishes and places setting, towels, totally

Q. - If I am
abroad I can make the payment?

A.- One car by apartment is allowed, in case of

A.- Yes, each
apartment counts on kitchen and refrigerator, as
well as of basic utensils to prepare its foods,
besides to have sliding panoramic windows which
can be opened in case that you wish to cook or
to smoke within the apartment and requires of
greater ventilation.

Q.- Are allowed to the mascots or domestic animals?
A.-

allowed to use the conference hall in the case of a
